I got home last week and boy is it great to be home. Not just because it has hardly rained but getting a chance to catch up with family and friends that i haven't seen in 8 months. The first 3 rides I did were really cool, everyone was interested in what i had been up to and they all seemed to know how well the team had been going...i put that down to correspondence spam!
Im back at my old job as well now, things are crazy busy and there have been a lot of changes but the old faces are still the same.
Had a massive stag do on Saturday night for Luke, I'm a groomsman so was responsible for the stag do, it went mint and everyone enjoyed themselves but naturally i cant really divulge much more. I can say this, i am a lightweight when it comes to drinking now days. Some of the boys went midday to 4am, but not this little cyclist, i ended up fast asleep at 1am and woke up fully dressed in me shoes about 9am ready to go....must have been a good night!
There were alot of good times in the UK though that i will never forget, building a snowman in my front lawn, living the highlife in Nice and Monaco, seeing the tour de france and having some good quality time off the bike. Home is great but theres one thing i really miss in the UK...
