I know its a few days late and all but what the hell. I had a really good ester break which started Wed lunchtime, so I got 5.5 days and really felt like I had a good break. There is nothing worse than waking up after a break and wondering where the time went.
I managed to get 2 rounds of golf in, 400 and something Km's on the bike, a sneaky trip to the pub and almost a win in mini golf. I actually had the game in the bag til a bit of a choke on the last in which I was left with 3 meters to tie the game....couldn't really afford to miss it and let a girl beat me.
I'm also not too disappointed with my picks for Roubaix. Boonen was the big favourite so I'm not taking and credit for picking him...but to chuck out 6 names and have 5 in the top 11 including 2 guys that weren't on many radars isn't bad...now I just have to back it up in the upcoming classics like Amstel, Gallipoli cup and Leige
